I totally know how you feel at the prospect of your sister moving across the country. My brother was actually contemplating moving his family to Singapore last year. Thank heavens, Chevron bought out his company, and so, at least for the next year, they will stay put in Texas.
The kids are so precious at this time, and I know you don't want to miss a minute of it. Things do tend to work out for the best, though they very seldom seem to work out just as we'd planned.
