Now this is just too fun:

Of course, Eddie Murphy needs credit for having a 'similar' idea back in his early comedy work in the 1980s. He had an awesome skit inspired by the new trend then of having voices in cars, so that instead of getting a "ding ding ding" for your door opening or your seatbelt being off, the car would announce "the door is ajar". Murphy pointed out that they should have more useful models, such as "Hey man, someone stole your battery. I say we go get him!"

Were they to make a GPS with Eddie Murphy, for that sole reason I would consdier that a toy well bought. The GPS systems are pretty useful *if you don't already know where you are going*. We experimented with one once in LA, and that little chap had no clue how to avoid traffic spots, etc. Now, a GPS programed by a local that can suggest to you the proper shortcuts through a major city? There's value.

And in other news, I add this link purely for the writers out there:

See, it isn't just GAFF who protests the drivel. But will the winner whine enough to make Fandom Wank??
